BIT Life Sciences and Organizing Committee are organizing the 2nd World Cancer Congress as part of their dedication to offer professionals in cancer filed a multidisciplinary platform to learn about the latest scientific updates and current industry standards in cancer treatment. The congress with the theme “The Gateway to Future Medicine” will be held during June 22-25, 2009, Beijing, China.
The aims of the congress are to provide a high quality program designed to attract delegates from all cancer research disciplines & anti-cancer medicine development, and encourage these researchers to interact and in some cases forge new collaborations. The 2009 program is under development and once again will be a great showcase for the talents and a wonderful opportunity to hear talks from renowned overseas speakers after our success last one 2008. More than 350 invited cancer specialists from a wide range of disciplines will participate in the Scientific Program and their presentations will provide delegates with information on the latest developments in basic science and clinical treatment.
The 2nd World Cancer Congress is designed to:
* Hear and discuss the most exciting research discoveries in cancer field—in detail
* Gain a broad view of research in the field with 350+ oral Presentation
* Network with senior scientists, executives and others over 42 Scientific and Technical Sessions
* See friends and colleagues from 1000 delegates around the world

* Look for a job, fellowship, postdoctoral position, or new collaborator
* Learn where and how to apply, and advocate for, research funding
* Tech tour to famous science spots & historical sites in Beijing & Xian
Thanks and praise must go to the Program Planning Committee and Conference Secretariat for producing an event of excellent quality. However, the last congress could not been successful without the engagement and enthusiasm of the delegates. For 2009, we aim to deliver a better event and I very much hope that you will be there to contribute to what becomes the most important conference for cancer researcher in China.
In additional to the outstanding Scientific Program, visitors will be able to enjoy the culture and sights of Beijing and Xi’an. There are many excursions to suit your interests. June is a wonderful time to visit, and we encourage you extend your trip and get to know Beijing and Xi’an as well.
